This is a great meal by itself, but if you must, it's also an excellent side for bbq's or get togethers. We can't keep it around for more than a day when we make it...delicious!!! Also...I like the veggies cut up fairly large in this salad...it just seems to work better that way. Ingredients:
1/2 cup diced broccoli |
1/4 cup diced bell pepper |
1/4 cup diced carrot |
1/4 cup diced tomato |
1/8 cup raisins |
1/4 cup green grape |
8 ounces coleslaw |
1/4 cup unsalted peanuts |
1/2 cup miracle whip |
1/2 cup sour cream |
2 tablespoons vinegar |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
Directions:
1. Mix all dressing ingredients together. 2. Add veggies, fruits, and peanuts. 3. Mix well. 4. Leave in fridge for at least an hour - the longer it sits in there, the better - flavor absorption time. 5. CHOW DOWN BABE! |
