Recipe from Nestle, this sounded interesting & I'm always making smoothies for my toddler DD to get foods into her she wouldn't otherwise eat. She really liked this one & it's not too sweet either. Ingredients:
1 cup cantaloupe, chopped (rockmelon) |
3 tablespoons instant malted milk powder |
1/2 cup milk |
1/2 cup vanilla ice cream or 1/2 cup frozen yogurt |
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients until smooth. Serve. |
