Delicious vegan tacos that can be made in a hurry! The seasoning I came up with is great for other dishes, too. Ingredients:

1 pk soy tempeh, crumbled |
1 sm onion, diced |
1 lime |
4 tbsp water |
2 tbsp taco seasoning (see below) |
toppings: imitation sour cream, vegan cheese, avocado, lettuce, cilantro, salsa, tomato, jalopenos, etc etc |

12 tbsp chili powder |
6 tbsp cumin |
6 tbsp paprika |
41/2 tbsp cayenne pepper |
3 tbsp garlic powder |
3 tsp cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Place pan on medium-high heat and sauté tempeh and onion in water until onion is translucent. If all water evaporates, add a few more tablespoons. 2. Add remaining ingredients to pan and mix well (feel free to alter amounts to suit your tastes). 3. Serve warm on lard-free tortillas and enjoy. 4. **Also works great in chili, or as a topping for nachos or salads. |
