tyler florence knows how to use up leftover rice! Ingredients:
3 cups cooked rice |
3 cups milk |
2/3 cup sugar |
2 tablespoons butter |
1/2 cup raisins |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 lemon, zest of, grated |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
Directions:
1. combine rice and first 5 ingredients in a pot,cook on medium for 25 minutes until most liquid is absorbed add lemon zest and 1/2 tsp cinnamon. 2. spoon into serving dish and sprinkle with remaining cinnamon. |
