One day I couldn't decide what kind of pudding I wanted so I came up with this...It came out really good Ingredients:
1 graham cracker crust |
6 ounces cream cheese, softened |
3/4 cup powdered sugar |
1/4 cup pecans, chopped |
1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding |
1 pkg. instant butterscotch pudding |
1 1/2 cups milk |
1 container cool whip |
12 to 16 pecan halves |
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar with hand mixer until smooth 2. Spread onto bottom of crust 3. Sprinkle with chopped pecans 4. Prepare puddings according to package directions using 3/4 cup milk for each package 5. Spoon chocolate pudding over pecans 6. Spoon butterscotch pudding over chocolate pudding 7. Chill 2 hours 8. Top with whipped cream and pecan halves |
