Mexican Style Rice (Wet) Ingredients:
1 cup rice, raw |
2 cups water |
14 1/2 ounces canned stewed tomatoes |
2 ounces enchilada sauce |
1 tbsp. taco seasoning |
1 tsp. salt |
Directions:
1. Place rice, tomatoes, salt and water in medium sauce pan with lid. 2. Bring to boil, remove from heat and let sit with lid for 20 min. or until rice has absorbed the water. 3. Add taco seasoning and enchilada sauce. 4. Serve. |
