Rob's Roasted Garlic and Shallot Hummus

Very easy to make hummus. Very tasty too!
Ingredients:
32 oz chickpeas
3/4 cup tahini
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 1/2 tbsp salt
6 cloves garlic
3/4 cup shallots
Directions:
1. Pan roast the garlic and shallots. Drain chickpeas but save juice and set aside. When finished roasting add all ingredients into a food processor and process until smooth. If hummus is too thick you can add more lemon juice or some of the juice from the chickpeas.
