Rob's Roasted Garlic and Shallot Hummus |

Very easy to make hummus. Very tasty too! Ingredients:
32 oz chickpeas |
3/4 cup tahini |
1/2 cup lemon juice |
1 1/2 tbsp salt |
6 cloves garlic |
3/4 cup shallots |
Directions:
1. Pan roast the garlic and shallots. Drain chickpeas but save juice and set aside. When finished roasting add all ingredients into a food processor and process until smooth. If hummus is too thick you can add more lemon juice or some of the juice from the chickpeas. |
