Delicious spice pumpkin bran muffins, even skinny people will eat. Ingredients:
3/4 cup bran flakes |
3/4 cup whole wheat flour |
3/4 cup brown sugar |
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon |
1 tsp baking powder |
1 tsp baking soda |
1 cup raisins |
1 cup pumpkin |
2 eggs |
1 cup yogurt |
Directions:
1. Mix all dry ingredients and raisins. Add pumpkin, eggs, and yogurt. Mix thoroughly. Fill muffin tins 3/4 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min. |
