This is my favorite summer time 'pot luck' or 'picknick' salad. It's also good with BBQ Ingredients:
1 lb twisted pasta (three color or plain) |
2 cups olive oil vinaigrette (ken's) |
1 green bell pepper, diced |
1 large tomato, diced |
1 lb cheddar cheese, diced |
1/2 cup sliced black olives |
1 cup sliced pepperoni |
Directions:
1. cook pasta as per package directions, drain and cool. 2. mix all ingredients in a large salad bowl, and chill overnight. |
