Roberg's Fast Tomato Soup

We learned this in the kitchen at Roberg's restaurant in Israel.
Ingredients:
160 g tomato paste
70 g margarine
4 tablespoons flour
2 liters water
salt and pepper
2 tablespoons fresh basil
2 tablespoons chicken soup powder
Directions:
1. Melt the margarine.
2. Add the tomato paste and fry it.
3. Add the flour and the water and bring to a boil.
4. Cook for 15 minutes.
5. Add the spices and serve.
6. Options to add: cooked rice, egg drops, sour cream, or dill.
