Roasted in oven or on the grill,these are simple to make,tastes like French onion soup and smell great Ingredients:
2 vidalia onions |
2tbs butter |
2 cubes beef bouillon |
2 dashes of salt |
2 dashes pepper |
2 dashes ground paprika |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400.Peel and core onions,slice halfway through. Place onions on sections of aluminum foil large enough to wrap them completely. Place a bouillon cube in the center of each onion;place pat of butter on top. Season with salt and pepper and paprika. Wrap the onions in foil. Roast in a preheated oven for 15 mins. |
