Very flavorful and low in calories, everyone should enjoy.
Ingredients:
1 yellow squash
1 zuccini
1/2 yellow onion
1 fresh box of mushrooms
2 small potatos
olive oil spray
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
mrs. dash no salt seasoning
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400
2. Meanwhile slice / dice up the veggies
3. Spray cookie sheet with olive oil where the veggies won't stick
4. Spread the veggies on the cookie sheet as evenly as possible
5. Sprinkle some Mrs. Dash on the veggies
6. Drizzle the 2 tablespoons of extra virgin oilve oil
7. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes until tender and serve
