An easy lunch sandwich. Pol Martin Cookbook. Ingredients:
4 slices pumpernickel bread |
2 tablespoons mayonnaise |
6 thin roasted turkey breast, slices |
4 havarti cheese, slices |
4 avocados, slices |
alfalfa sprout |
salt, to taste |
black pepper, to taste |
Directions:
1. spread slices of bread with mayonnaise. 2. build sandwiches with turkey, cheese and alfalfa sprouts. be sure to season meat well. 3. top each sandwich with slice of avocado. |
