My friend shared this recipe with me, and it is oh-so yummy! Ingredients:
4 roma tomatoes, roasted |
2 garlic cloves, roasted |
3 serrano peppers, roasted |
1/4 cup yellow onion |
1/4 cup cilantro |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Roast the tomatoes over a flame or under a broiler until they are blistered and charred. 2. Pulse all ingredients except the onions and cilantro into a chunky sauce. 3. Mix in onion and cilantro. 4. Salt and pepper to taste. |
