6 sweet potatoes |
salted butter |
chinese five-spice powder |
orange peel, grated |
Directions:
1. Roast sweet potatoes at 425°F until soft, about 50 minutes. Split in half lengthwise, then dot with butter. Sprinkle the Chinese five-spice powder and freshly grated orange peel. (Look for Chinese five-spice powder in the spice section of the supermarket.) |
