Amazing great with any dish Ingredients:
3 cups sweet potatoes, spears |
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes |
1 teaspoon chili powder |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1 tablespoon lime juice |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
1 tablespoon dijon mustard |
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. 2. In a large bowl, stir together all ingredients add potatoes and mix until evenly coated. 3. Place potatoes on baking sheet and bake 20 minutes. Then turn cook for another 10 minutes. |
