4 large shallots, peeled |
4 garlic cloves |
1 cup plain yogurt |
5 teaspoons lemon juice |
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper |
1 pinch cayenne |
Directions:
1. Place shallots and garlic on baking sheet and roast at 375 for 15 minutes. Let cool slightly. 2. In a food processor, combine all ingredients. Taste and adjust seasonings. |
