Delicious, and as a bonus it's fast, easy, & healthy. Great with heavier foods like steak or a great accompaniment to any meal. Ingredients:
1 lb asparagus, washed and trimmed |
1 teaspoon sesame oil |
1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. 2. Rinse asparagus and pat dry. 3. Place on jelly roll pan or a pan with sides. 4. Drizzle sesame oil onto asparagus, tossing to coat, then sprinkle with kosher salt. 5. Roast for 10 - 15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the asparagus. I like the ends to be a little crispy. |
