this is prepared in a crock pot...have not tried it yet.. Ingredients:
3 1/2 lbs rump roast |
3 beef bouillon cubes, crushed |
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
seasoning salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Place roast in a slow cooker that has been coated with non stick spray. 2. Combine seasoning ingredients together. 3. Turn slow cooker on low. 4. Lightly rub roast with olive oil.then rub on seasoning - 5. Cook on low for 24 hours. |
