Ingredients:
6 -8 small red potatoes, quartered into 1/2 pieces |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, minced |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400*. 2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss to coat potatoes. 3. Transfer potatoes to a large baking sheet. Roast 25-30 minutes or until tender and golden. |
