Ingredients:
1/4 cup(s) bacon bits |
1/2 cup(s) fat free ranch dressing |
1 tablespoon(s) parsley flakes |
5 red potatoes |
1/2 cup(s) shredded light cheddar cheeese |
Directions:
1. HEAT oven to 350F. 2. MIX first 3 ingredients in large bowl. Add potatoes; toss lightly. 3. SPOON into lightly greased 13x9-inch baking dish; cover. 4. BAKE 55 min. or until potatoes are tender, uncovering after 40 min. Sprinkle with parsley. |
