Roasted Red Potatoes With Bacon And Cheese |

These are sooooooo good, and easy to make. Ingredients:
1/2 cup ranch dressing |
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
1/4 cooked bacon, crumbled |
2 lbs. small red potatoes, quartered |
Directions:
1. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix dressing cheese and bacon in a large bowl. Add potatoes; toss lightly. 2. 2. Spoon into lightly greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish; cover with foil. 3. 3. Bake 40 minutes. Remove foil; bake an additional 15 mintues or until potatoes are tender. Sprinkle with parsley. |
