Roasted Red Potatoes With Bacon And Cheese |

Simple potato dish. I had a bottle of ranch I didn't care for on my salads and put this together Ingredients:
1/2 cup light ranch dressing |
1/2 cup 2% milk shredded cheddar cheese |
1/4 cup chopped cooked bacon or bacon bits |
2 lb. small red potatoes, quartered |
1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley |
1 tbsp. chives |
Directions:
1. PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Mix dressing, cheese and bacon bits in large bowl. Add potatoes; toss lightly. 2. SPOON into lightly greased 13x9-inch baking dish; cover with foil. 3. BAKE 40 min. Remove foil; bake an additional 15 min. or until potatoes are tender. Sprinkle with parsley and chives. |
