Great potato side dish simple and tatsy Ingredients:
1/2 cup ranch dressing |
1/2 cup finely shredded italian five cheese blend |
1/4 cup cooked bacon bits (real bacon) |
2 lb small red bliss potatoes, quartered (about 6 cups) |
1 tbsp chopped fresh pasley or 2 tbsp of dried |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees 2. Mix dressing, parsley,cheese and bacon bits in a large bowl. 3. Add potatoes; toss lightly. 4. SPOON into lightly greased 13 by 9 inch baking dish; cover with foil, 5. Bake 40 minutes remove foil; Bake and additional 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender. |
