The family liked it, so it must be good.. Ingredients:
2 lbs red potatoes, diced |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1 teaspoon greek seasoning |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Toss potatoes with oil, seasoning and salt. 2. Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet. 3. Bake at 425 degrees for about 30-45 minutes. 4. Stir after 20 minutes. |
