Roasted Red Potatoes

Super easy delicious potato
Ingredients:
8 red potatoes
1 tablespoon sea salt
ground pepper (to taste)
1/4 cup olive oil (or enough to coat bottom of pan)
1/2 tablespoon paprika
1/3 stick butter
Directions:
1. Partially peel potatoes (leave about 1/2 of peel on)
2. Boil potatoes for 10 minutes
3. Liberally coat the bottom of a glass pan (or cast iron skillet) with olive oil
4. Add butter in several pieces to pan
5. Put the dry ingredients in olive oil
6. Put potatoes in pan
7. Rotate potatoes around to coat with mixture
8. Bake in oven at 400 degrees f for about 45 minutes (until soft to poke with fork)
9. Serve with the olive oil mixture over potatoes.
