Great side dish for any meal. Crispy red potatoes from the oven. Everyone loves them!! Ingredients:
2 pounds of small red potatoes, skins on and halved |
3 tablespoon olive oil |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
black pepper to taste |
1/2 teaspoon paprika |
3-4 tablespoons parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 2. Oil cookie sheet. 3. In bowl mix all ingredients except potatoes. 4. When well mixed all potatoes until all sides of them are well coated. 5. Arrange on baking sheet, cut side down. 6. Bake 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender inside and underside are crusty and brown. 7. Serve hot. |
