Use jarred roasted red peppers and cream cheese to achieve a creamy consistency to your savory spread. Ingredients:
1 (7-ounce) bottle roasted red bell peppers, drained and finely chopped |
1/3 cup tub light cream cheese, softened |
2 teaspoons bottled minced garlic |
2 teaspoons white balsamic vinegar |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
