Roasted Red Pepper Sauce

This recipe goes with another recipe, but it sounds like it would be good for other uses. It is only 3 ingredients and should cook (with meat or other food) to reduce a bit, for 10 minutes.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup roasted red pepper, preferably piquillo peppers (2 oz)
1 cup vegetable broth or 1 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup plain yogurt (can use greek)
Directions:
1. Puree the peppers in a food processor.
2. Transfer to a bowl and whisk in the broth and yogurt.
3. Simmer 10 minutes to reduce and thicken; cook meatballs or other meat or chickpeas in this sauce, if desired.
