Recipe from Michael's Valley Grill Ingredients:
3 1/2 roasted red peppers |
1/2 cup fresh basil |
2 garlic cloves |
1/2 cup parmesan cheese |
1/4 cup walnuts |
2 cups olive oil |
Directions:
1. Put peppers, basil, garlic, parmesan and walnuts in food processor and turn on processor. 2. Slowly add olive oil and process until desired consistency is obtained. |
