Found this on a label at the supermarket; would probably be good on a sandwich. Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter, softened |
2 teaspoons finely chopped roasted red peppers |
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Gently blend all ingredients together just until combined. 2. Use immediately, or refrigerate until ready to serve. |
