Totally awesome combination of flavors Ingredients:
1 (12 ounce) jar roasted red peppers |
6 -12 canned anchovy fillets |
finely minced garlic |
extra virgin olive oil |
Directions:
1. place roasted red peppers on plate. 2. place 2-3 anchovy fillets on peppers( more if desired). 3. add desired amount of minced garlic( jarred is best). 4. add extra virgin oil as desired. 5. enjoy the great combination of flavors. 6. guaranteed to come back for more! |
