Ingredients:
1 12-oz. jar roasted red peppers, drained and coarsely chopped |
1 clove garlic |
1/8 cup olive oil |
1 cup feta cheese, crumbled |
salt and pepper |
assorted crudités |
Directions:
1. Puree first 4 ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and chill 2 hours. Serve with crudités. |
