Simple but tasty. Ingredients:
1 jar roasted red peppers, drained and chopped |
small can of water chestnuts, chopped |
1 envalope ranch dip mix |
16 oz. sour cream |
Directions:
1. Mix the ranch mix into the sour cream 2. Add the rest 3. Blend slightly with a hand blender 4. Spoon into a bread bowl |
