Easy to prepare and very good!
Ingredients:
1 (2/3 ounce) package italian salad dressing mix
1/2 cup low-fat sour cream
1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise
1 tablespoon basil
1 (7 ounce) jar roasted red peppers, drained
Directions:
1. Combine all in food processor or blender until smooth.
2. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours.
3. Serve with vegetables, chips or crackers.
4. If you have no Italian dressing mix, substitute with any dry vegetable soup mix.
