Roasted Red Pepper Cheese Toasts |

Ingredients:
4 slices whole wheat bread |
1/3 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded |
1 teaspoon olive oil |
1/2 teaspoon balsamic vinegar |
1/4 teaspoon dried basil, crumbled |
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano, crumbled |
3 1/2 ounces roasted red peppers, sliced |
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese, grated |
Directions:
1. Place bread on small baking sheet. 2. Combine cheese, oil, vinegar, basil and oregano. 3. Spoon onto bread. 4. Top with red pepper; sprinkle with Parmesan. 5. Bake in preheated 500'F. 6. oven 5-8 minutes until cheese is melted. |
