Enjoy this dish at a potluck as a pita or Semolina bread bruschetta dip. Always a hit, even with the meat lovers! Best, and easiest to pre-prep the day prior and sneak into the oven right before demolishing! Ingredients:
1 large can roasted red peppers, diced very small (can add hot roasted red peppers) |
1/8 cup water from can, reserved |
garlic, chopped |
salt to taste |
italian herbs |
crushed red pepper |
olive oil |
Directions:
1. Mix ingredients into an oven-safe bowl (I use Pyrex) 2. Put into fridge overnight, to help constitute flavors 3. Bake for 30 minutes at about 350 F 4. Enjoy with Pita, Pita chips, homemade bread, semolina, or fresh veggies! |
