Ingredients:
1 16 oz can roasted red peppers, drained |
1 lb goat cheese |
1/4 cup parmesan, grated |
pinch of sugar |
1/4 cup parsley, chopped |
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Put peppers into work bowl of a process bowl and puree. Add all other ingredients and pulse until combined. Season with salt and fresh ground pepper to taste |
