Roasted Red Onions and Rosemary |

Ingredients:
1 red onion sliced thinly into half moons |
1 sprig(s) rosemary finely chopped |
1 tablespoon(s) kosher salt |
pepper |
2 tablespoon(s) evoo |
1 tablespoon(s) balsamic vinegar |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. In aluminum foil, place the onions in layers and sprinkle with rosemary leaves. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. 3. Evenly drizzle EVOO and balsamic vinegar over onions. 4. Create a packet with the aluminum foil and bake in oven for 35 minutes or until onions are cooked through and soft. |
