Good dip to serve with fresh veggies or crackers. Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise |
1/2 cup sour cream |
1/2 jar roasted peppers (pat off the moisture) |
1 teaspoon dried basil |
4 cloves garlic, minced |
Directions:
1. In a food processor blend all ingredients until smooth. Do not over blend or your dip will be runny. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving. |
