Roasted Potatoes with Thyme and Garlic |

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt |
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
1 (20-ounce) package refrigerated potato wedges (such as simply potatoes) |
1 tablespoon minced garlic |
2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme |
Directions:
1. Preheat broiler. 2. Combine first 4 ingredients on a baking sheet; toss to coat. Broil 12 minutes, stirring after 6 minutes. Stir in garlic; broil 2 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Remove from oven; sprinkle with thyme. |
