Roasted Potatoes with Thyme and Garlic

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 (20-ounce) package refrigerated potato wedges (such as simply potatoes)
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme
Directions:
1. Preheat broiler.
2. Combine first 4 ingredients on a baking sheet; toss to coat. Broil 12 minutes, stirring after 6 minutes. Stir in garlic; broil 2 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Remove from oven; sprinkle with thyme.
