ROASTED POTATOES WITH GARLIC AND ROSEMARY This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Butler Estate in Wills Point, Texas in 1993. Ingredients:
2 large baking potatoes cut into 4 wedges |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
2 cloves garlic minced |
1/2 teaspoon crushed rosemary |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 then spray shallow baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. 2. Arrange potato wedges in prepared pan then combine oil, garlic, rosemary and salt in small bowl. 3. Brush potatoes with oil mixture then bake 1 hour basting with oil from pan every 15 minutes. |
