Roasted Potatoes With Garlic |

Haven't tried it but it sounds good. Ingredients:
1 lb red potatoes, halved |
1 head garlic, separated but not peeled |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Arrange potatoes and garlic cloves in a 9 x 13 pan. 2. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. 3. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 to 40 minutes, or until soft. 4. Squeeze the roasted garlic from the peels onto the potatoes. 5. Mix together and serve. 6. Serving size 1 cup = 1 point. |
