Roasted potatoes, onion, & garlic Ingredients:
3 potato (2-1/3 x 4-3/4 ) potatoes, baked, flesh |
2 tbsp olive oil |
1 medium (2-1/2 dia) onions |
4 cloves, raw garlic |
1/2 tsp salt |
1/4 tsp pepper |
Directions:
1. Cut potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Slice or dice onion; mince garlic. Add all to a ziplock bag with olive oil. Mix well, then season to taste. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes, turning once midway through. |
