Ingredients:
6 potatoes, skin removed, cubed |
salt and pepper, to taste |
1/4 cup chopped flat-leaf parsley |
1/2 cup pecorino romano |
1/4 cup bread crumbs |
olive oil |
Directions:
1. Season the potatoes with salt and pepper. Cover potatoes with the parsley, cheese, and bread crumbs. Drizzle the olive oil over the potatoes. Bake in a 350 degree oven until brown and tender. |
