Roasted Potatoes with lemon, oregano and garlic Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs. potatoes |
4 minced garlic cloves |
1/2 cup olive oil |
1/2 tsp. oregano |
1 tsp. salt |
1 tsp. pepper |
1/2 cup chicken broth |
1/3 cup lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Cut and peel potatoes. Preheat oven to 400 degrees, place potatoes on dish and pour oil over them. Add garlic, oregano, salt and pepper. Toss well to caot. Bake 15 min. Add stock, toss and bake ten minutes. Add juice, toss and bake 10-15 minutes. |
