This recipe comes from my catering partner Jimmy who is an excellent cook and loves experimenting with mushrooms. Enjoy Ingredients:
6 portobello mushrooms |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
2 teaspoons kosher salt |
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 then wash mushrooms well and trim stems by 1/2 . 2. Slice mushrooms thickly then scatter over parchment lined baking sheet. 3. Drizzle with the oil and vinegar and sprinkle with salt then roast in oven 30 minutes. |
