A roasted pork tenderloin marinated with mustard and applesauce and a touch of maple syrup for sweetness. Ingredients:
14 ounces pork tenderloin |
2 tbsp applesauce |
1 tbsp mustard |
1 tbsp maple syrup |
1/2 tbsp fresh garlic |
1/2 tbsp ground black pepper |
1/2 tsp salt |
Directions:
1. wash pork tenderloin and trim of excess fat 2. mix together remaining ingredients 3. coat pork with marinade and set in refrigerator for at least half an hour. 4. roast at 370 degrees for approx 15-20 minutes or until cooked throughly. |
