Ingredients:
2 pounds plums, pitted and sliced |
3 tablespoons brown sugar |
1/2 cup frozen reduced-calorie whipped topping, thawed |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 475°. 2. Combine plum slices and brown sugar; toss. Spread on a 15 x 10-inch jelly-roll pan. Bake, uncovered, at 475° for 12 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Remove; cool slightly. Serve warm with whipped topping. |
