Roasted Peppers With Herbs

Ingredients:
3 large red bell peppers
3 large yellow bell peppers
3 large green bell peppers
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 -3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon italian seasoning
salt and pepper
1 slice baguette
Directions:
1. Cut peppers into 1/2 inch slices; cut slices in half.
2. Combine peppers and garlic in 13x9 inch baking dish; drizzle with oil and toss to coat.
3. Bake at 400* for 35-40 minutes, or until peppers are tender and beginning to brown, stirring occasionally.
4. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve on baguette.
